  1. Everyone is not from Africa. We are finding out the United States. It’s the beginning of civilization where Egypt is, do your research that the Caucasian man research. They are finding more pyramids here in America than anything.

  2. I'm O type and been targeted being called a Nephlim, hardly I'm only 5f 8" lol. I dont eat pork and I dont eat beef because our Government recently has allowed pigs and cows to be injected with mRNA, so they are a no no. In fact there are very few meats I can eat now because of the medical profession and CDC and all those folks who claim they know better than me. Which is never the case, folks saying sorry just isn't good enough from these so called experts. Men need testosterone in thier food andcits very hard to find. 99% of your meat that you eat is female, think about that. We cant get rid of the estrogen in our food chain and water. Pray over all your meals and drink for God to bless it and protect you. .

  5. Type O+ and naturally I ate a lot of meat as a kid. I ate quite weird not according to what my parents expected from me ( rest of my family is A+). now I am keto, intermittent fasting and as soon as I stray from it, I feel really bad like fatigued/depressed etc. ( also testing what type of food works for me and what doesn’t). Thanks for the information, years ago I bought a book on this. 🙏🏻🍀

  6. THANK YOU!! I am type O+ and I've known about, and adhered to, the Blood Type O diet for many years… EXCEPT FOR COFFEE. I cannot give up my coffee. I like it black with no sugar and I like it EVERY MORNING! I refuse to give it up. So since I'm adhering stricktly to everything else on the blood type diet, I don't think it's too much to ask to let me have my coffee. Besides, it's a good excuse to get in my chicory now and then. I occasionally put chicory in my coffee and chicory is beneficial for blood type O.

I’m 78 haven’t eat animals for 22 years stopped eating fish 7 years ago I’m vegan standing against inhumane treatment of all animals I’m plant based diet for my health I’m healthy No pharmaceutical medicine I do take b12/d3…I don’t judge nor tell anyone what to eat I believe if there was a world window to a slaughter house no humane would want eat an animal….all the plastic polluting our ocean and the fish people eat the fish now there finding plastic in peoples arteries …please don’t judge I don’t judge just sharing my story eat what you will …stay healthy…O+

  8. I'm 37 years now,and I've come to realize that intermittent fasting makes me lose weight faster than exercising.
    I eat twice daily and I eat pap almost daily,my supper is usually around 16H00 latest should be 17H00.

    And my body works well when I eat supper around that time

  9. I'm O and I eat mostly fruit. That is what I enjoy the most, I do eat some eggs and fish rarely but mostly fruit. Some people believe humans regardless of blood type, anatomically are most similar to the frugivorous primates.

  10. I used to get confused by a lot of conflicting information about choosing the right diet because I found anything I ate had an adverse effect on my system like bloating, trapped wind & always passing stools which weren't solid.
    I'm not 100% on my blood type, but my mother says I'm a blood group O, don't know if it's positive or negative.
    I have been concentrating more on what I put in my body & focusing more on foods that are beneficial for blood group o & I think I now understand my body better because I've noticed a change in me, since my converting to a more blood group o diet, I feel much more alive, my bloat has gone, aches, pains & wind cramp is almost none existent & i can feel my blood carrying the nutrients my body needs & it feels like I'm taking antibiotics, the fresh rush you feel in your blood is very refreshing & I cannot remember feeling this great in myself. I find myself becoming a devout follower of the O diet & ive never felt healthier 😊❤
