I don’t like soya milk or tofu, don’t like salmon but I do like veggies.

Blood group O is found in a variety of ethnicities around the world. The prevalence of blood types can vary significantly among different populations. Generally, blood group O is one of the most common blood types globally.

In particular, blood group O is often found at higher frequencies in certain populations:

1. **African Populations**: Blood group O is very common in many African ethnic groups.

2. **Native American Populations**: A high proportion of Native Americans have blood group O.

3. **Latin American Populations**: Many populations in Latin America have a significant prevalence of blood group O, largely due to indigenous ancestry.

4. **Some Asian Populations**: While blood group O is common in many parts of Asia, its prevalence can vary by region.

It's important to understand that while certain ethnic groups may have higher frequencies of blood group O, individuals of any ethnicity can possess this blood type.

Had no idea, but this explains why I can't do legumes, black tea, nuts, dairy, animal meat, and eggs without having stomach and allergy problems. I also had to cut off starch like wheat and grains from my diet. Seafood and leafy green work best for me though.
