I actually did this workouts and many other workouts from you for the past couple of months it's actually working and when I click on this video and I hear the background music during the intro it brings back memories of me doing this workout! Can you please tell me the name of the songs that were played during the video?   2. Can you do exercise for starters thats not heavy on legs please?? My leg is injured and it hurt even when i dont do stuff or just simply walk and i dont want to injure it further by doing heavy leg exercises😅

So btw 2 days over and i was 43.350 kg now im 42.050 damn bro thats 1.300 kg burnt 😂🎉 btw thats like what 3 pounds burnt so guys this is not fake you have to do it 10 pounds not so sure but still i have like 2 days so in this week so if i burn 1.300 2× well then i have burnt 7-8 pounds by a week so 3 kg burn ansd i am aiming to become 36 kgs or 38 atleast btw im a 11 year old
