  2. I been working out for 2 years and i havent grown muscles but they are toned , still it aint my goal and now i just found out im doing it all wrong. What you eat depends a lot and thats the hard part.

  3. In the past, I've done everything in the blueprint EXCEPT I wasn't eating enough or getting any protein. I was strength training and in my opinion I was going hard with no results. I figured it was the lack of protein so I worked on my nutrition and started taking protein and supplements. My issue has always been my arms. Even when I was in high school and smaller I had these freakishly large (19 inches) and flabby biceps. I'm so embarrassed and never wore short-sleeves or tank tops. I still cry about it. I know I can't spot train and I can't afford surgery but what can I do? How long will it take to start seeing results? I'm dedicated and patient but I feel like I'm doing all this stuff for nothing. Please put me on the right path. Thank you.

  5. Sooo I am lifting 4 days a week and doing 1 day of cardio treadmill on 10, 12, 14, 15 ten mins each between 2.3-3.3 and then I do either stairmaster or elliptical for 15 minutes. Is that too much I want to lose stomach fat but I am building my legs and toning up. My legs are shaping but my glutes arent growing in my opinion

  7. I need to change my diet or something because it’s been almost six months in the gym and I don’t feel so strong, thanks for the encouragement and recommendations. I’ll take heed and try to see if this helps.
