Oh! What a show. I just love how the whole office drama has been unraveled here. Many thanks Lynn and Trophy❤❤❤
I have learnt a lot today.❤
True, branding within an organisation is very key. Those who get the promotions are not the most intelligent but the best at brand positioning. You have to ensure that the overall boss can see you… I have always been a smart worker, my work must be seen by the king of the organisation. At meetings, make sure your ideas are the smartest, understand the problems that the organisation has and come well prepared with smart solutions to provide. I never argue with the king; but support to ensure their vision comes to fruition afterall the king has the best interest of the organisation than any one else…
Om massaging the ego of the next boss is all dependent on an organisation; I know of an organisation that the next boss did not matter, but the boss's boss would call shots and even bypass the immediate boss to speak to you… It is important to learn the orgnisation…

There was a time wanted to dig info from about a colleague i just kept quiet and the hr was like you don't have a comment. I was like whatever you are telling me is opinion and it's good to express it😂😂😂😂 yoooh 'mm si mgeni town'.
Valid point. This is really helpful ❤
I keep coming back to this video. Too knowledgeable, very accurate, and realistic. Everyone should get a chance to listen to her before they begin working in corporate, it will save them a lot of frustration
