  1. When I cook chicken stew, I don't fry my chicken. I just boil the chicken then add it into the stew towards the end of the cooking. That way, the chicken is more succulent and the chicken flavour comes out in full. Great cooking as usual Sisi Jemimah, except for the oil being a tard too much.

  5. Sisi, thanks for the video. What is your opinion about boiling fresh tomatoes and capsicum (uncut), straight from the market, then blend after 20 mins of cooking? Then frying after? I tried doing that. I noticed it had a cooked taste rather than a fried taste. Just wondered if it was possible to still get a fried end taste even if you initially cook the core tomato & caps. Thanks 🙏🏽
