Tomato paste = Tomato purée = Tin Tomatoes. Also the Tomato Purée I used has a mixture of tomato, pepper and onion, so there was no need to add extra pepper. 😀
Anyway I pinched one 😂😂😂😂😂
I made this, and it was very delicious 😊. Thanks for the recipe
Sisi yemmie, I know you might not notice this comment, but I want to thank you for all your hard work. You are amazing. I love you very very very much!
❤❤❤❤Nigerian jollof rice is the best.
Samona
i am cooking this 25liters for a funeral thank u was looking for simple and fast method to cook yummy jellof rice
Please ma how do i get the hard copy of your cooking book .
please provide an ingredient list
Thank you!! Gonna taste good
Do you cook rice before you mix with the sauce
I love how u go by the cooking process ❤
I like that you didn't blend the other ingredients ie bell peppers, carrots. Next time try to cook the tomatoes without blending it will give you the same results. I love the way you made your rice, you nailed it! Thanks for sharing.
…did you say if we want anything more? I hope you are not married. Because I want Jollof every now and then
Used this recipe today and it was sooo good! Thank you for this recipe Sisi Yemmie 🥰🥰
when i was a silly teenager, my Aunt made this rice and I was so mad at myself (as an adult), that I did not watch her make it and I searched for this recipie….well, now I know why I could not find the recipe to cook this rice. My Aunt called it RED RICE and you call it Jollof Rice. Question, is Jollof mean red in Nigerian?
God bless you sis I will try this
This is delicious. Pls, I have a request. Can you show us how to make nigerian meatpies with just mixed vegetables and no meat or eggs. For vegetarians. Thank you in anticipation.
Thank you, you know how to cook, 🤩
Your look in this video is giving me Hilda Baci vibes… I guess it's the hair and make up. Elegant and vibrant! I like it.
Yummylicious SisiMi ❤❤❤❤But I still prefer jellof with goatmeat 😁😍😍
Great recipe!
I’m just cooking mine now, will come back to tell how it tastes 😃
Wow, 944k subs…. I remember your humble beginnings celebrating your 50k and now you are closing in on 1 million k subs.
I was always so impressed how you took the time at 50k to talk and reply your subscribers….even up to 100k.
Congratulations Yemisi! May you see 1 million before Christmas.
God bless

Yemisi this looks super yum and will be my lunch for tomorrow. I always thought hard chicken or turkey stock was the best for jollof but im looking forward to trying beef tomorrow
Thank you😍 I have always cooked mine with the same oil does make a difference…… sounds like pilau in Tanzania 🇹🇿
You need steam to cook your rice not water 👍
I have to say i love your recipe because they are easy to make and relatively cheap

Do you buy natural grown foods?

Thanks a lot for always sharing! My preference is Joel of made with fresh Titus fish. The aroma is unique. You should try it!!!
Blessings❤😂
I always add little water to mine. But will try this. I have a question , what type of rice does a typical nigerian uses for his or her jollof rice. I want to know for a project am about to embark on.
Par boiled, jasmine or Basmati rice. ❤
