  1. Great video! I actually have been doing keto for a while, after finding out I’m pre diabetic. It has worked wonders for me! My blood sugar now is between 92-100 every morning thanks to this diet change.

I thought I had to do ZERO carb keto AND intermittent fast in order to see results. My aim to insure my insulin levels and blood pressure stay in acceptable and healthy ranges.   3. I can't speak for no one but myself, but I must say that I keto doesn't work for me. I went to a nutritionist twice and both times, I end up picking up weigh instead of losing. I noticed that intermediate fasting and or whole food plant-based eating, my body loved it!

  4. This video explained to me the difference in diet plans in a short period of time. I have tried the keto diet but it can get very confusing and tough. I will try the Mediterranean diet net with the intermittent fasting as well. Nice Work brotha!!
