you know they kept the bars open for covid, didn't they? when we have a healthy way to earn money without modern day slavery on minimum wage but actually doing things that edify our minds and spirits, we can talk about how we need to return to work. however, if it doesn't pay the bills, and only a few people get to have their dreams realized, then i don't see the point in rebuilding society. everyone has a dream and we need to allow for them to fulfill their own dreams by working for someone else if they have to, by making sure they earn enough money, and tha includes profit sharing/stocks as a benefit from every major corporation. Lighthouse Salad dressing does pay their employees stocks as a benefit, and they are very happy working for them. they have a low turnover rate. why doesn't Microsoft, or Apple or Amazon do that? think of how better off the general public would be.
I have to send a summary to my boss every Friday. What was accomplished, any challenges, ideas, etc. This is not a big deal if you’re actually doing your job. It takes ten minutes or less to complete.
