  1. I've always wanted to try this. I might just make it myself. I love a thick sauce and I loveeee peanut butter! I'm Filipino and we have a peanut butter dish called "Kare-Kare".

  2. I'm North American (Euro and Native ) but my husband is from Africa 🌍. I learned how to cook Maafe and it is my favorite dish of all time from anywhere. I think the peanut butter is the main appeal. It's the perfect combination of sweet, salty, meaty and veggy. Thank you for this video. Make me hungry 😋

  3. When it comes to best cuisine in West Africa Liberia is #1 Senegal#2 Ivory Coast #3. However the best salad dressings and deserts are made in the landlock countries which are predominantly Muslim. 1Africa 1People. Peace Love and Harmony.

  4. In Africa, we don’t start eating in the middle of the player. In family we eat in one big bowl. And every body start at their side. If you finish your side you leave.

  8. Am Fulani from Guinea Conakry and in my language "Maafe" means sauce. For example for you to complete the sentence in my language you say "Maafe Tiga" meaning peanuts butter sauce.
