  1. Excuse me, affordable, inexpensive car? This should be priced at $20K max. I paid $34K for a car that offers superior performance and numerous features. At its current price, this model is unlikely to succeed unless the cost is brought down to around $20K or less.

    What was this guy thinking?

I owned the previous generation gasoline 500, which was reasonably priced at under $14,000. This new generation feels more like a luxury toy for the wealthy rather than an affordable option for urban workers.

It's disappointing because I love the styling and would definitely consider buying one if it were priced appropriately.

  2. Cute car for nearly $600/month lease or $37k purchase for the Inspired by Music model with JBL sound. Agree with others this is priced to appeal to no one but wealthy looking for an attention grabbing toy for LA or Miami after which it will be sold used for $15k in a year. Hyundai/Kia, GM offer better options with BMW/Mini soon. Wish Fiat luck with this one.

  3. I have 2015 Fiat500e. It’s such a fun car. It’s perfect commuting car. It’s with me for last 9 years. Zero maintenance , no break down , still on original breaks in 9 years.but it’s weird they don’t have heated seat. My 9 year old 500e has heated seats.

  4. We had an ICE 500 and found it to be a pretty fun car around town. We would be a candidate for this but the pricing is silly. Just look at those door panels – it should be a 25K car.

  5. I think you should knock off the frunk schtick. The "million dollar question about EVs" is not the frunk – there are much more important questions about any EV.
