We will be happy to hear your thoughts
  1. Kindly Turn on Captions! This is an old video and the original sound isn't that good

  2. Yet a lot of our African countries welcome globalisation so blindly till today. At the hands of capitalism if we continue to let globalisation predict our course, we will continue to be exploited. Stopping our resources from flowing to them and looking towards each other (African countries) is the solution. We will then even be able to grow sustainably, and not in a nature depleting way like what the west is known for doing.

  4. Today we have the so-called Tanzanian leaders of opposition one Tundu Lissu who is telling Tanzanians that the Europeans have helped Africa for the last 70 years. This man was competing to be the President of Tanzania! God forbid. These are the kinds of leaders who should not be allowed to lead any African country. We want leaders who believe Africa can build Its economy. We want leaders who do not believe we will build our economy on aid. Africa is rich but let down by our leaders and the multinationals to steal from us.

  6. Globalization is great and all and I agree it's def important to guard your values in the process. Be the best of the best – It won't be easy – no no one said it will be. But it's a good challenge and good challenges bring good growth

  7. Don't start with Nyerere again… Please give us a break!!

  8. Well, fast forward to 2021 and globalization has failed – however, Mwalimu was totally right…the intentions of the G7 was outright domination. How the mighty have fallen, yet there is a new kid on the block, who is going to play a bigger and different role in Africa to the G7 and that is China !!!

In the mid 1980's, the biggest banks in Kenya were British multinationals; Barclays and Standard & Chartered – fast forward 30 years and the top 3 banks (by assets) in Kenya are indigenous banks; 1. Equity, 2. KCB 3. Co-operative Bank.

Likewise, m-pesa (mobile money) has dethroned the American payment networks; VISA and MasterCard, which hitherto had dominated the electronic payment space in Kenya – so precipitous has been their decline…

  9. Facts ….. because they have nothing in their countries as far as resources SO NOW they say one world government 👀 ….. so they can own and control your resources 👀 and yoU 👀

  10. "Once provoked I don't stop" Nyerere

  11. Putting under feed under nourish in ring to face trained killer that's what he means to say stop bloody self enslavement to happen

  12. If only leaders like this were still amongst us. It’s uplifting to see, yet tragic to think about how far off of the blueprint our societies have gone.

  13. Nyerere never lied to us .., we can work together with countries but you can’t let them buy your country over like China now.

  14. Yall can be mad but who are the africans enabling it?

  15. I belive let there be intellual forum in each nation as watch dog to national resources management plannings authority with best brains from all fields be in there

  16. I as an Indian salute his visionary leadership to openly identify danger to own country danger of back door colonisation takes place that's how we in India did built ourselves then opened up let them now play on fair play game

  17. I respect nyerere because he refused the stupid ideology of kwame nkuramah of african countries forming one nation. I mean how can a proper nation join with a slave, poor nation

  18. Its well known globalization is only good for business only. The rest are its side effects e.g. immigration, destruction of culture

  19. Great great mwalimu, our leaders today I think they don't abide by your instructions they are called Mr and mrs who know it all

  20. Long live the spirit of President Nyerere! ✊🏾❤️🖤💚🌍✨

  21. The era when African leaders were not hoodlums and thieves

  22. The great Prime Minister…. Mwalimu.

  23. Mwalimu had no interest on material things that's why he was able to tell it like it is even when he was president and he practiced what he preached.

  24. Too hard to hear! Too bad.

  25. the acoustics are terrible – not at all hearing his comments well. can y fix that?

  26. the man was an angel sent directly from heaven

  27. On this subject Tshikedi just gave the Inga dam project to some mzungu instead of to his own people. We should demand this project be taken over by a qualified Afrikan with a trained Afrikan team

  28. The nost sensible thing I've heard for a while. pity that generation of quality leaders is not being replaced

  29. Thank you 2nacheki for posting this video! African presidents should listen to every speech that this elder gave. Whenever someone invites you to the table for anything, it’s their invite and it’s for their interest and never for the one that excepts the invite. Please wake up Africa, your children globally backs are up against a wall, it’s either fight for freedom for us and our children or forever become a slave globally. Respect is not given, it is taken and these are their laws and not global Africans, why do we keep abiding in their laws?

  30. Father of east Africa

  31. Globalization is a fraud i was following the college course and globalization was the main topic i knew it was rubbish and a fraud.

  32. Our ancestors were warning us all the time to watch out for the deceivers coming with words and interpretation tricks to steal and drain our brain, land, and natural resources. They were right all along because we are experiencing it right now.
Nkrumah told us the time would come when we would have to unite because it would be the only way to survive,. We are seeing that he was right because we are living it now.
We must not think we were not warned by the ones before us.

  33. Pleasseeeee! be very careful France is listening and watching as always, we do not need another assassination of one of our intellectual leaders.

  34. This man was RIGHT!!! But still today our leaders still cant See… 😔😞

  35. Father Yah will take the Gentiles out our lands, we done had enough..

  36. Thank you for posting this! So important to remember right now during these mandates etc

  37. Please share. I have many times..if only Africans will listen and stop taken stupid deals from mister know it all. The game is to think deep as Africans. Everything we hate in our land they love it and get rich from it. It basic knowledge

  38. This king is too wise for Africans..

  39. Globalization is for America an European countries to steal resource s from countries
