It's funny how I just watched the clip with the teacher everyone likes and thought, based on the feedback I got from both students and colleagues, that was me, in a sense but not quite like that. This is the part that was missing. Apparently, I had this effect too… 😅. So, I was a cross between the two. Being serious enough but understanding is good. Contrary to what this may appear to be, generally, students/children like discipline. If they can run you over, you'll be a laughing stock. I can tell you for sure that the teacher in this clip is having a party inside her head…😅. I can tell you how much she's laughing. She's getting results. The smart students will thank her later. I've seen it happen.
