  1. Baba Amefika Geuka co-ran an African-centered public Charter School for years in Balm Beach County, Florida. All kinds of half-truths and outright lies were printed about this school for years, but the results proved the enemies wrong. Additionally, way back in 2009, Baba Geuka walked from Palm Beach County to the nation's capital to draw attention to the need for African-centered education among Black youth. Afterwards, in the early 20-teens, he attempted to organize a Black public charter school movement. As usual, our people were foot dragging. Meanwhile, not all Black households are in position to home school their children & didn't have the financing to sustain the building of more private schools.

Fast forward to the here and now, 2024! Folks should have listed to our Elder. Well, it's not too late…if our people are truly sick and tired of being sick and tired.

  2. It’s okay to wear wigs and straighten our hair to look like theirs…. This shows how much we’ve adopted their values and a belief that their hair is superior and they don’t feel as threatened. Now the Melanated skin I’m sure also threatens them… but they can’t make us change that to fit a policy! Although sadly many of us have opted to find ways to lighten the skin tone in themselves and their children. 😢

  3. Ohh boo hoo this rule isn’t only for black students this rule applies to all male students if your hair touches your collar if it’s down then it has to be cut .

  4. Judge and school district showed blatant racism with their decisions and need to be removed. Any Black person in TX recognizes what the message is and the state supports this. "ws" at its height. Black taxes pay this judge and the school administrators, so give Blacks their taxes to educate students who are subjected to this "ws". Fire judges for putting forth their own agenda and not the law.

  5. Where is this? Vidor Texas? I lived many years in Texas. This sounds insane.

I now live on Nature Island in the Caribbean. Before the British left (1980) they had terrible Dred Act: police could shoot anyone with locs.

This was terrible. And when the British left many angry Rastas went on an indiscriminate killing spree of whites.

Our masters stay in power by dividing us against one another. And these terrible laws promote hatred and division. The malignant narcissists remain in power

  6. According to wyt people..this raycism doesn't exist. And if we "ignore" it, then it will magically disappear. What wyt people fail to understand is that we don't have the privelage to ignore raycism because its always against us. They can cover their eyes, ears, and mouths because they don't experience this.

  7. Cut your hair n get an education. Blk ppl will ruin their future standing on business. A blk school suspended my son for a Mohawk said it was distracting. A blk principal and teacher said cut it or he can’t come back. It was in their rule book.

  8. If they can say and fo whatever the want just to black people we need specific laws saying what they cannot do to black people. But as Caucasians always will do is to come up with something else and other ways to try and subjegate us. Just because they did it for most of our lives with our governments approval doesn't mean we are letting them continue to do it.

  9. Research Tignon laws, when back in the slave days non whites forced black women to cover up their wooly hair in head wraps because it made non black women insecure about their stringy hair….Anti-Blackness is just envy in disguise, because when people act negative for no reason it’s due to insecurities and blacks definitely make non blacks insecure

  10. Doesn’t “Definition” Establish and “Meaning” Imply?

The key terms of; texture, appearance, consistency, hairstyle, conformity, required, and order; supports the violation of, Darryl George, by definition, of the “Crown Act”.

    – Texture defines appearance and consistency.
    – Appearance defines how someone or something looks.
    – Hairstyle is defined by how a person’s hair is cut or arranged.
    – Conformity’s constructed meaning anchors compliance, standards, rules, or laws, pertaining to regulations.
    – Required is an official compulsory, which completes the considered essential of one’s wishes and/or desires.
    – Order is an arranged disposition of people’s sequence, pattern and method.

In terms of Black, African American, and for the sake of this perspective of subject, “Afro” Americans’ hair, have / has been historically exploited, and deemed with infecting citations.

From a sociological stance, when hair is swept up and fastened away from the neck and face, it’s no longer considered as an influencing factor.

In terms of social constructs, the physical remained description is, race – without the inclusion of character.

    Race is classification.
    Race catalyze categorization.
    Race gauges civil liberties.
    Race is a proclaim.

What is the basis of importance, regarding hairstyles?

Where, when, and how did subjugation include hairstyle?

    What is the preferred hairstyle?

Is the preferred hairstyle for all, within the realistic and sustainable bounds of possibility?

What actions must be undertaken by each individual to procure the preferred hairstyle?

Is the process of establishing the preferred hairstyle the same for all?

Would a stipend, for the preferred hairstyle, for all, assist with the conformity?

How much would the stipend be?

How would the stipend be calculated?

What means would the stipend derive from?

Who, why, and on what basis would be the proclaimer of stipends for hairstyles?

    Wholeheartedly,

  11. Didn't they say the hair can be dangerous when hanging. Well its not. What about pink people with hanging hair. His is tied up. As my brother says. They don't like us and will never like us.
