Let Kiir call for elections so that a popular leader is elected to steer the country
Government forces have defeated the RSF in Sudan and Khartoum has been restored to order. Escalation to South Sudan should be prevented.
The more you talk the more some of us collect dirt stories about you. During the CPA you never just merged the SPLA with the SAF. Not everybody have also forgotten how Salva Kiir called Dr Riak Machar a dog because he criticised the the 2013 Nuer genocide in Juba. Machar wasn't the only one who called for Kiir to step down. Even Rebecca Nyandeng came to the same logical conclusion during an interview with Aljazeera a year earlier.
Kiir had no intention to implement the agreement, which is why he kept on provoking the SPLM-IO. He would claim that he couldn't work with so and so as if they were supposed to be hanging together everyday rubbing shoulders with each others like social workers. Imagine disciplined people who have worked on important projects together are unable to work together but want to preach unity between civilians and rapist soldiers.
In 2015 Kiir said, "the history of SPLM is full of defections like a dog lives with you at home and when you beat him he will run away but still will come back and lay down near you because he has nowhere to go and live. It is actually what our people have been doing in SPLM," he said. Meaning, the government of Kiir purposely provoke people to rebel so that the villagers are killed, and they eventually return to him for positions and wealth. That is what he did in WES when a false kingdom was created to elevate the status of traditional chiefs and task them with the responsibility of killing IO supporters.
The accusation that Kiir blocked reform shows how he and his government responds to criticism by attacking the interlocutors. Normally, Kiir either resorts to making comparisons of his incompetence to other countries or to his challenger. Thus, Kiir responded to the accusation that he had blocked reforms by accusing Pagan Amum and the rest of hypocrisy. He claimed that they had been decision-makers in the government previously and yet had done nothing. It is difficult to understand when Pagan Amum was a president since he (Kiir) had also accused Dr John Garang of carrying the SPLM/A movement in his briefcase. This shows how bitter and unreasonable Salva Kiir is.
Also, Kiir said that in S Sudan anybody who wants a position rebels and then will be given and that he wouldn't continue like what he did with the former Anya Anya 2 when the Juba agreement was signed. However, the truth is that Kiir is a dishonest individual who hijacked the project of Southerners for self-determination. The SPLM/A found the Anyanya 2 in Ethiopia and decided to kill all their leaders and scatter their followers. So, who told Salva Kiir and his government that S Sudanese are just like sheep without their own history.
Lastly, Kiir and his camp should be ashamed for having exploited the people of Southern Blue Nile and the Nuba Mountains for years in the name of a "United Democratic Sudan." That is what caused so many factions and defections within the SPLM/A movement. Instead of accepting the and come clean to the public, those of Makuei feel so ashamed of the gazing into the eyes of Dr Machar because his presences provokes in them a great sense of guilt. Yes, they lured many youth from Northern Sudan to a fight our war just like how Kiir hires Azande boys in WES to fight people within the state because they are Machar's supporters. hat is how the guilt of unionists work. If indeed they fought for self-determination of Southern, then, it is up to the readers to decide who the real dogs are. The choice is theirs to confess and leave Machar alone.
