I just found your channel today. I'm so excited to know that you have a book out. My father is Tanzanian and my mother is American. I was raised in the U.S. but visited Tanzania for a summer when I was about 15. I miss the food. It's so delicious and easy for me to make as a vegan. I was sad that I never learned how to make the food, but this book will definitely help me have a taste of Tanzania in Atlanta.

I will buy your book which I also saw in stores! but now I know the writer and it makes it more authentic I was scared about buying something someone stranger wrote (an European cook who was fascinated by the swahili kitchen for example)
