For this 1st trip to the Republic of Senegal, I’ll be making the national dish : Thiéboudienne! In Wolof, Thieboudienne (or ceebu jën) means rice and fish. This will be followed by the national dessert, Thiakry (or chakery), a mildly sweet millet based pudding.
