i don't think it's healthy for everyone to take it raw on an empty stomach… when i peal it off my fingers hurt for days after (i'm not talking about one or two gloves, i'm talking about a kilo or two kilos worth)

II did not use statins to reduce cholesterol, but instead 6 cloves of traditional garlic cloves chopped on my tossed salad. In addition I made a non traditional sandwich using 1/2 of red bell pepper sliced vertically and filled with sauerkraut, chopped garlictoooed with 2 slices of Elephant garlic topped with 2 slices of cucumber toooed with a thin slice of red onion and ate like a sandwich. Labs are now normal.
