Sad story.
A church friend of mine is Syrian. He's a brilliant ambassador for Syria. He's intelligent, wise, polite, kind, has a great sense of humour, the list goes on. An inspiration. My wife and I invited him to our wedding as one of our groomsman. I'm too polite to ask how he's feeling at the moment over what's been happening to his beloved country. I fear he may be hurting inside, which is understandable.
