The air quote for too big is crazy.. girl what is quote unquote about you being too big ? You are literally cooking bacon and eggs in BED😢 I keep all who struggle with morbid obesity in my prayers.
Maybe it’s just me, but the “goals” Dr. Now expects, are unrealistic in such a time span. In many cases. It is dangerous what he recommends.
Not to mention his lack of bed side manners. Tough love is good. Tough with no love pushes people away. The love he shows is sooooo minimal.

I'm disgusted with the living conditions with a child! The house has massive flies everywhere! No way he should stay with an unclean woman. She's selfish. He support her but she's been a burden and shame to him and his son. Selfish and lazy!

She's got to want to lose weight. I had very rough life but I never let that decide how I live my life. Unless someone wants to better themselves it won't happen. I wish her best.

When i was getting SA at 8-10yrs old food was the only thing i used against my abuser in my mind i would eat because if i got fat he wouldn’t want me i been dealing with overweight for too long because of someone else decision i felt it when the therapist said no one did anything about my abuse just like they did her
That poor woman with two Hugh torpedoes, just that in itself is a lot to carry around..but she is a fighter…her ability to get on the floor and get up was quite impressive… and be able to excerize..you can do this sweetheart ! Your not alone,half of America needs to get healthy..including me, to, I have found keto to work for me,hit the gym at 72…at 69, I had ER open heart surgery, that night I had multiple, multiple, multiple ( as neurologist said). Strokes, 7 granmal seizures right side of heart stop beating….lots of PT..I’m still a working miracle…and so are you…
When there is a serious problem, a lot of times one of the spouses make a quick exit. Not yours.
