Seriously i don't just get it why dragging this case so far. Is a clear evidence that boy was tortured and poisoned.The chemicals given to him must have done lots of damages in his body.So sad.But God is not a sleeping God. All the bad people involved in this case trying to bury the truth behind the curtain shall never go free. The death of the innocent boy will continue to hunt every one of them. What a country Nigeria, no justice.
I wish they can send some expert from Europe or send him abroad to be fully examined…I know this won't end up well especially when Nigeria government or police is involved. Is a shame.

The autopsy report is suspect! The initial autopsy conducted in Warri sounded more plausible. I am a medical doctor and I know that going by the account of his injuries, he was multiply injured due to blunt force trauma, also the substance he was made to drink may have caused a chemical pneumonitis that could be complicated thus leading to acute bacterial pneumonia. Also, if he had an open ankle injury it could be a nidus for a bacterial infection thus leading to a septic arthritis that could progress into sepsis on it own or due to the superimposed acute bacterial pneumonia with delayed treatment. Sepsis could progress to multiple organ failure that would inevitably lead to death.
If all I have stated could have happen, the school is still liable because they failed to provide an environment where kids could feel safe, they also failed to provide adequate medical care despite the extent of his injuries, their response so far to this case has been subpar. The alleged staff are liable cos they clearly didn’t take their responsibilities seriously. Lastly, the alleged students should be investigated especially since some of them have a history of bullying others. It’s such a shame!!!!

This is why we can never eradicate street justice in Nigeria. If you murder someone's child this way and the court seems compromised, if they cannot go after the perpetrators, they will seek revenge on the parents. Then we read the news and mourn.

The government knows how to deal with such issues. They allow the people to rant for a week or two and then decide on the outcome of any case. They know the people will do nothing. RIP Sylvester.
