We are familiar with Banana Bread, but have you ever tried Ripe Plantain Bread, absolutely amazing! More delicious than a Banana Bread

2 large overripe plantains
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 3/4 cups flour
2-3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime zest
