AVC, my suggestion to you would be, you could have began cooking out on all interesting spots around Nyabohanse, Migori and even Kisumu before starting to travel too far, gain enough followers and start making enough first from youtube then venture out.
Organic growth is the best.
You could have even gone to those hotels around and tell them you want to compare their cooking to that of the village. Huwezi kosa content. Travelling early is expense.
Why does bathrooms in Kenya not have shower glass enclosures? The water spills all over the place when bathing. I also noticed that Marwa's bathrooms in his villa are like that.

I have seen that most youths are doing you tube especially in Nyabhohanze Village. Even if they get a job it doesn't pay enough to earn a living.
