Love from USA Virginia! The bread is so good! Spongy, yeasty, nice! The fermenting is responsible for the fluffy texture. Covering the platter with the meal is much neater to eat with squares of bread, and cleanup is a breeze. You are my spirit animal! LOL If I won the lottery I'd be right there at every exotic food market I could find.
