It's disgusting to me that they dig up dead bodies and put them in museums on display. It's ok to study the past but it should be left how they found it. 1000 years from now people will be digging up our son's and daughters and desecrating our love ones graves. Makes me furious

Egyptology is not a science, if it was, new discoveries and information would help to further our understanding of the ancient Egyptians.
If the current paradigm is "set in stone", (pardon the pun), and not allowed to evolve then science becomes stagnant. According to Zahi Hawas we know everything there is to know about ancient Egypt. More than the ancient Egyptians themselves.
Most Egyptologists will never change what they believe, because that would prove their careers are based on ignorance.
