  1. Which high court??? A decision of the supreme court is binding to the other lower courts as well😂😂😂. It was a technical genius by Koome that many people dont realize. The East African court of justice doesn't not have powers over the supreme court of a nation as well!!!

  2. Last time I checked Ahmed nassir was busy reminding the gullible Kenyans that the corruption in Kenyan judiciary ni Ile ile sugu and we agreed
Whoever said that corruption fights back
    Huyo alikuwa nabii kivumbi
    🤣🤣😉🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  3. The bottom line is:
The ban on Ahmednassir to exercise his rights is petty.
    Who is the Judiciary????
    Are they above the Law???
Why is the Judiciary silent when the high in the land keep assaulting and insulting others????
    Have been dragged into doublespeak????
Can we really trust the Judiciary????
Is it the Judiciary or are there faces to this pettiness???

  4. Ban him all you want. Seems to me he's hit home with the corruption accusations. Looks like he was right. You won't care about someone's accusations if your innocent.

  5. Are we saying the courts(judges) are above reproach???…are the courts also going to tell WSR not to ever take a case there too??…..if some has a case against him and it reaches the supreme court…can he go there??…can a court bar someone from ever appearing before it???…if the judges do not live forever…can they bar one from ever going to their courts??…which law is that decision based on anyway??…are they telling us they way they do things can never be questioned/criticized??….(are they over-sensitive..cannot handle a little criticizism)??….are they not public officers…and open to evaluation/assessment?…is it criminal to have a negative assessment towards supreme court judges.

  6. If there's a suspect in your estate and you suspect him of having a talent and a record of stealing, and you share the information with your neighbours, how comes then the same suspect prohibits you from stepping on the estate?

  7. There should be an independent check and measure body on the judiciary or they will act as the judges and executioners….very dangerous grounds. Rule No.1 – All powers belong to the people. Kindly stop this madness
