I quite enjoyed the series. The eyes when their abilities activate is a great aspect of it because it means their powers, them using these abilities, never feels cheap.
Really hope we get to see more but also really hoping they can maintain the story quality.
I didn't think I'd like it, but I love it and it needs another season. This is a different spin on the superhero genre and it works from beginning to end. This series is amazing.

Mehn, I was literally out of my seat screaming when watching this. Like , impeccable story. Why did the girlfriend have to die though😭? Netflix, please bring a season 2. Tbh, this is not the normal sequel in superhero stories. Supercell is just well thought of and brilliant. We need a season 2 please ☺️☺️

Just watched a couple of episodes – and wow – that young man playing Michael – is just pure star material. He literally shines on my crappy 9yo macbook computer screen. The series is def intriguing – lead by a troupe of excellent actors. Shall be watching the rest. And I like the fact that this terrible sickle cell disease is highlighted … we need to put this disease out there for everyone to see and realise how difficult life is for those affected.
10/10 show
