  1. I tried this and had to come back to say thank you. Egusi was taken off a family member's food list so I made it with sunflower seeds and he couldn't even tell the difference. It tasted really nice. I used ugu but next time I'll probably try it with Uziza leaves. Thanks again🤗

  2. Wow wow beautiful how you have made somthing out of using sunflower seeds adaptation is real i enjoy your videos very mich do you live in europe?and i have just became a sub thanks for the vid you are funny too my beautiful sista… Please keep them coming🌼🌸🌻😊

  3. concerning the herbs, would a mixture of Uzizi leaves, Cent leaves together with Bitter leaves be a good combination? I am European and in the local African shop they had these three types of leaves. I am almost sure about bitter leaf, but not about the other two

  4. FYI As this version is made from Melon seeds it will be great for diabetics as bitter melon seeds are used to reduce ALl1C in diabetics hence the slight bitter taste Florence mentions. After a while you don't even notice it.

  5. You can still use almond seeds, I leave in Italy and I've tried it and you won't do much work cause u just do it exactly the way u do egusi and it also cake more than this, thoug not as caked as egusi

  6. Flo I use pumpkin seeds all the time and they actually thicken and taste yummy like egusi. I realized that these seeds that come in pods actually taste the same. Can you post a video using pumpkin seeds, please?
