Hey Brooke hey! Girl definitely take your time on your off days and try to enjoy them more and don’t overwhelm yourself with everything at once. I’ve learned to break stuff down through the week so I can chill and relax more on the weekends. I’m definitely going to try the oils you put in your water I’ve never done that.
