My ingredients
2 bunches of Collard Greens (finely sliced) after washing
2 bunches of Swiss Chard/Silver beet (finely sliced)
2 fresh tomatoes chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
4-5 garlic cloves chopped fine
1 West Indian Red pepper (from Jamaica, but not Scotch Bonnet)
Salt to taste
