Sudan's RSF announce parallel government

Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces have reportedly signed a charter with allied political and armed groups Saturday night in Nairobi to establish a “government of peace and unity. The signatories include over 20 political parties across Sudan, 10 civil organizations, 5 military groups led by Rapid Support Forces among others.
