Yeahhhh..no. The last time Salva Kiir agreed to peace the VP got shot and fled only to be replaced by a greedy VP trying to take the oppositions seats. His departure is long overdue and he keeps pushing it back even though he hasn’t done anything but destroy and ask Uganda to hold his kids as citizens. And he’s still wearing those hats because of George Bush, mtchew. Not to even mention his atrocities against humanity.
