Somali President speach at AFRICAN Summit in ITOBIA
Many Somalis are anxious about President Hassan Sheik Travel to Adis ababa at a time when recently ITOBIA PM Signed a MoU with Regional break-away administration in the north of Somalia and with Somaliland leader Muse Biixi.
The MoU meant to allow ITOBIA to hire seaport districts of Somalia in the North especially the historic Zeylac and Lughaya seaports.
The other Question is Why not condemnation to the act of Abii Ahmed with regard to MoU instead of information sharing by President Hasan Sheik. .
Somali Public also wonder how the President thinks that this New MoU by Abii Ahmed and Muse Biixi relates to AFRICA border dispute resolution that Somalia rejected to sign.
This mention was determental to President Speach. The action of ABII Ahmed with regard to the MoU is a new demand of occupation for another Somali sea port districts and has nothing to do with border dispute between Somalia and ITOBIYA in the past.
The previous border dispute between the two country was solely the OGANDIA or better Known the Somali Regional Adnmistration in ITOBIA where Jigjiga is its Capital
. The Regional Authority in JIGJIGA is Somali Peoples region that the English Coloney mistakenly added to ITOBIYA and still part of ITOBIYA. Likewise ITOBIYA is demanding yet again a New part of Somali Republic to occupy especially to the historict sea port districts of Lughaya and Zeylac
