  2. I guess in Nigeria no one can speak up again.student are stranded in China and the government can’t even evacuate its citizens. Ghana did twice from China ,quarantined and fed its citizens for free. They paid $1000. Irrespective of the number. Nigeria has no leadership, they can only make noise but nothing,no action. I suggest they divid the country into three

  3. This is very insightful! I wish our rulers not leaders are intelligent and smart enough to take advantage of this sort of data to improve the state and in turn improve quality of life in the country. This is a win for them and the people! See how much work was put in to pull out massive data like this! Self explanatory and simple to implement structure. Sitting on my sofa now I have started looking for ways and means to tap out of this data and help myself too. Fantastic job to the research company that pulled this!✊🏽

  4. As long as the diaspora do not have significant voting rights they have very little power to influence anything. Unfortunately, the leadership in its current form does not have the vision that India, China, Malaysia or Singapore in terms of utilising its overseas based Nigerian expertise. Isn’t impossible to make a difference but the system in general is geared towards quick gain for a few and not the greater good at the moment. People just want money not buy in to better prospects locally.

  5. Trying to find a way to link with Nigerians at home and abroad to contribute by way of waste management, waste water management and the environment. Sent an email to foodchannel1960 but no response. Currently in Oakland California. Please let me know how else to reach you. Thank you and God bless. And well done-o, your videos are great.

  6. State, local and Federal development bonds, mutual Funds investments would be best. This kind of investment instruments would rival Chinese investments in Africa. Jacqueline Kennedy turn 20 million dollars into 200 million dollars through African investments. But this was through professional and ethical investment brokers. 25 billion dollars could be turned into 250 billion with professional and ethical investment brokerage funds managers who are not taking all the proceeds. But even better than this hundreds of these type investment vehicles could be used to develop all of Africa.
Since the vast majority of African Americans are Nigerian but really do not care about the country there ancestor originated from these folks are natural PAN Africans. If 30 percent of their 1.6 trillion could be used as an investment tool each year that 500 billion dollars of investment each year. And could probably get a 30 percent return on investment. After 10 years of investments Africa would receive 5 trillion us dollars of investments increasing trade, electricity power, manufacturing facilities, industries, agricultural products and if their was one currency the currency would be extremely valuable due to greater productivity of the continent. As African and African-American wealth increased investment would inevitably increase fueling a potential 50 to 80 trillion dollars economy. More than US, China and EU combined.

  7. Hi Mr Phranklen. It's me again evening. I have watched all your videos on the business ideas and much more, but my question is how does on set-up that business with an earning of £1500 pounds .

  8. I think Diasporans need to create our own initiatives that impact Nigeria/s, I think supporting NIDO and all the gov initiatives will be wasted time and money. They see us as additional money bags and they will promise and fail even with the diaspora. We need to start directing our own remittances to projects that we want to see on the ground, we can't trust the gov or anyone related to them to do it or deal with us or our money sincerely.

  9. I have alot to say if only the blacks will get themselves in order because it dose not matter which lable that u are given the same madness is in the carried beyond who can you trust when it comes to money and blacks tell me who???

  10. Woooooow this article is an mind blowing eye opener. Thanks for sharing Phrankleen!!!
I wish we will start trusting ourselves as Nigerians and work together to grow the economy instead of eating ourselves up in greed and lust!!!!

  11. Such an amazing and educating video!! Nigerians in the diaspora do strengthen the economic growth of Nigeria as a whole, the exchange rate alone is a huge chunk!!!! Thanks Phrankleen for showing us this data. Its interesting to see that all this money is going back home, yet we barely see little or no development. We wonder if its due to these stories of (Nigerian) family members & friends stealing from their diasporian family members & friends abroad. With this huge chunk of money going into the country, if managed well, it will surely cause an economic boom especially as we see different businesses leaving Nigeria.
