You can never get 100% Jamaican food outside Jamaica. Plant, spices, veggies come are coming from a soil different from Jamaica. The meat and fish will taste different because of the environment. The salt will taste different. The point is it is very different to have 100% authentic Jamaican food on Ghana.

All Jollofs are not the same so they can not be compared.
Jamaican food in a foreign just don't staste the some. I think the climate- soil has something to do with the flavor.
You should try Zongo waakye, the restaurant ones can't be trusted. I'd never trust the taste.
