  1. That's a stereotype to say that Black Americans are 40% more likely to be dehydrated. There is no way you can figure out such a statistic, just more YT supremacist propaganda. YT people drink energy drinks all day..

  2. Are u getting ur info from caucasians? I've never drank a lot of water since my childhood, however I did eat a lot of high water content foods such as cukes, apples, peaches and pears. U don't have to drink copious amounts of water to be hydrated, that's ridiculous. I don't listen to caucasians because they think they know it all but they don't! I'm 70 years mature and in good health. No high bp, diabetes nor bone loss.

  3. I'm a 35 yr Healing Arts Instructor.I teach Tai Chi,Chi Gung, and various other aspects of the Healing Arts.
This information is so much needed in our African American Community. Most people are clueless to the importance of drinking sufficient water daily. Its estimated that our bodies are over 70% water, the brain is 90% water, according to Patrick Flanagan,a Holistic Health Scientist.Indeed, just drinking the right water the right way, will greatly improve one's health and general well-being.

  4. Very interesting and insightful. I've heard of Celtic salt. I'm going to order some for sure and try this method of drinking water. Any sink filter recommendations?

  5. Have you read about H Three O Two? I don't drink straight water anymore. I eat my water through fruits and vegetables. Fresh squeezed juices when possible. I still drink my tea and coffee though. I'm not trying to give that up, but I will only brew it at home. @yahkiawakened did a great teaching about H3O2.

  6. Reading so many positive comments (and that's good to see finally) then suddenly remembering all the hate @theministerofwellness got while he was here on this channel.

The moment this sister says anything about weed that many of you don't like or starts talking about what you shouldn't be putting into your body to help heal it and live longer, there'll be people poping up left and right demonizing her real quick just like so many did to him before, claiming your being talked down to and she doesn't know what she's talking about etc. etc..

That same old trope of excuses being too hard headed simply because you don't like the tone of someone voice & mannerisms when you can't swallow the truth that they speak.

Accountability; Let's see how it turns out AGAIN this time around.

  7. I don't subscribe to the 6-8 glasses of H2O per day recommendation. There are different factors that can influence a person's daily H2O requirements. For example, if one consumes a lot of high water content produce then that person may require less than 6-8 glasses per day. If you've ever eaten a bunch of plums or grapes near bedtime then you probably found yourself constantly getting up in the middle of the night to go take a leak, that's because certain fruits & veggies have a high H2O content. Another factor that could influence a person's H2O intake is intense physical training in which they lose a lot of water through sweating in which case they might need more than 6-8 glasses per day. With that being said, humans are 60-70% water & we should take care not to get dehydrated 😓. As far as adding NaCl to water, I'm not so sure about that. I've heard somewhere that the sodium in NaCl is a vasoconstrictor & the Cl displaces our bicarbonate buffer which may not be the wisest thing to do if a person has certain health conditions or wants to avoid creating an internal milieu that facilitates developing certain health conditions 😳.

  8. I dont believe those statistic. Yes we need to consume water and personally I consume alkaline water the most. But EVERY statistic that comes out from the caucasian about black people is always negative……Now we're the most dehydrated……smh. They did the same propaganda with Covid. In the beginning we weren't getting it, then all of a sudden we were more susceptible because of preexisting conditions.

  9. Thank you
My aim has been to take non sugary fluids minimum 2L
So i take warm water with Himalayan salt, sometimes i put lemon or cinnamon, 500ml, then take with me 0.75ml tea, then 0.75ml again water with minerals
    That's how i take my daily fluids💞

  10. Thank you so much sis! You really out here saving lives!
I felt like you were talking to me. I do have high blood pressure n the clear urine problem from lack of proper hydration. I just “forget” to drink throughout the day n when I remember I try to play catch up from earlier.

Also my son drinks water because it’s the only choice but he prefers flavor drinks.

    THANK YOU

  11. THIS IS THE WORST ADVICE I EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE.

SHES TELLING PEOPLE TO DRINK SALT WATER OUT OF PLASTIC SO THEY CAN ABSORB CANCER CAUSING BPA CHEMICALS.

ALSO YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR ELECTROLYTES FROM WATER YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR ELECTROLYTES FROM FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DRINK WATER ALLDAY. THE MAJORITY OF YOUR ELECTROLYTES ARE SUPPOSED TO COME FROM CONSUMING FRUIT AND VEGGIES NOT WATER.

  12. Juicing is the best thing I could’ve ever started doing. I love to juice 2 or 3 organic pears with 2 or 3 cucumbers with coconut water! Honeydew melon is incredible too! You’ll be amazed at how great you feel after drinking about 20oz of juice in the morning!

  13. Interesting. Good luck to the Sister. I hope many of us take part in something for us to drink more water. Cause: keeping it 100: most ppl don’t drink water, don’t like to exercise, & don’t eat vegetables!. One to two liters of filtered water a day works for me. Tap water?…Never touch the stuff!.
