  1. Agree apart from the nuts. Nuts are amazing source of nutrients and healthy fats, just be aware of their calorie value and incorporate it into your overall deficit. They offer far too much goodness to swap out for popcorn (especially as most people will likely opt for an easy processed option that is junk).

  2. This is also how you loose all the healthy fat in your face and start lookinv like your sucking on a lemon. Cutting is for competition not us lean doods with a fast metabolism

  3. Calorie counting don't work for most. If you keep on loading your body with carbs you shut down your fat burning mode. Don't eat any of those in the morning. Carb back load if you have carb addiction. That simple.

  4. The high calorie low volume foods have their special purpose imo they are great for endurance training like running and biking when you need quick energy and something that doesn't require a ton of digestion and you'll still lose weight with small portions, but this is great advice for people with less active lifestyles and for those rest days. Berries have so many antioxidants in them too, I love them!

I think many people are missing the boat on this whole thing…while many in the comments are going on how this or that is healthier…the problem that he is addressing is that some people are not realizing how many calories they are eating. If they are not in a deficit they won't lose weight or fat…this is just a way for people to take a look at what they are overeating and evaluate their options.

  6. Yeah the fact that he says "healthier alternatives" is misleading. The alternatives are not necessarily healthier, but they will promote fat loss from being lower in calories

  7. Just tried walking on the treadmill on steep incline for 45min. Burned 500Cal. You can definitely tell it works like he said. Trying to keep heart rate at 140.
