    This should come form a privileged placed. Especisally when India is the global leader in Zero-food Children and Zero-food Prevalence (6.7 Million).
    I value the food I make or order. I make sure I finish them in a day or in 4 days. Research about it.

  3. Buenos dias Yo vivo en Venezuela. Los extremos son malos Uno tiene que lograr un equilibrio. El cafe en la mañana ,no prepararlo tan fuerte y otro despues de almuerzo ,es favorable para la salud. Primero hay que comprarlo en sitios donde se elabore de la manera tradicional. Por algo , Dios o el Creador de todo esto,lo puso en la tierra. Repito ,todo en exceso es malo. Es maravilloso para los dolores de cabeza. El tema de los lacteos , tambien uno puede tomarlos o conerlos sin exagerar. Yo me preparo la avena en hojuelas con 3/4 partes de agua y 1/4 parte de leche, y queda cremosa y super rica. Repito los extremos en todo en la vida ,son malos. Si debe comerce el arroz integral,la azucar morena, porque realmente son mas ricas en sabor y mas saludables. El chocolate oscuro es maravilloso ,en pequeñas cantidades para la ansiedad y la depresion. El exigirte tanto ,en la vida,genera stress y ese es el mayor veneno para nuestro cuerpo ya que generas Cortisol ,que es el peor enmigo para nuestra salud y el creador de la mayoria de las enfermedades. Si tu regimen de alimeticio lo haces de un modo tan perfecto ,mas bien pone tu sistema inmune debil, porque se acostumbra a no trabajar tanto y pues lo debilita. Es bueno comer cositas malas de vez en cuando ,para que el sistema inmunologico trabaje. Que pase buen dia
