It’s not a certain plants and whatnot that is the problem it is the modern practices of how to harvest and over refining process them and manipulate their genetic structure that is the issue for example most weight around the world is hybridise green and he’s causing all the gluten issues and diabetes even

  8. I received a bag of sorghum this morning that I purched and just tried it for the first time! It smelled like popcorn (not buttered though) while it was cooking. I pressure cooked it in my Ninja Foodi which took 30 mins otherwise it would have taken 50-60 mins. After it was done cooking, I put some in a small saucepan and added some half and half, a pat of butter, half of a banana (chopped), cocoa powder, chopped walnuts, and xylitol (from birch) to sweeten it a little more. Stirred together then heated that up. I topped it off with a little heavy cream and it was delicious!
    Next time I make it I will soak the sorghum overnight to see if I like the texture even better.
