  1. Hi Phrankleen, I'm very happy that you did this follow on review on Dyna video. I left a comment about 40 mins ago on that video and I am reproducing the points I raised there below:

Hi Dyna, Many thanks for taking out time to do this video. I want to point out the following:

    1. The issue you raised is not really peculiar to Nigerians, it's the same for migrants from Non-EEA countries.

    2. The UK used to give 2 years post study work (PSW) visa once you have completed a degree (either graduate or post graduate degree). Theresa May (now current Prime Minister) was the Home Secretary when they changed the rule. They announced it in late 2010 and gave people two years for the rule to kick in late 2012. I was one of the last set of people who got 2 years PSW in 2012 (I'm now fully settled to the glory of God).

    3. It was not only the PSW visa rule that was changed, the UK made a lot of changes to all different categories of their visa e.g Tier 1 (previously known as HSMP), Tier 2, Tier 4 (student visa) etc.

    4. The whole revamping of immigration rules actually started in 2009 albeit with phased implementation.

    5. Immigration a a big topical issue here and the citizens feel migrants are taking their jobs especially those on student visa. Many were just using that as a cover to get to the UK.

    6. Those changes were part of control measures that the UKBA implemented. Another measure was to increase the tuition deposit massively before you can get offer letter to support your visa application ( I think to around £4,000 if I'm not mistaken). And you have to show proof of the balance and maintenance fund in your account.

    7. Before students were able to bring their family (wife and children, I brought mine!) but they stopped that as well.

    8. Considering the time you arrived the UK and the time these changes started, I can say you didn't do your home work well or you were advised wrongly because UK became very hostile and was not country of choice for students who plan to stay here permanently.

    9. I was always telling people who were asking me for advice to look to Canada and the Scandinavian countries.

    10. WARNING to others: The only way to come to the UK is through visiting visa (no right to work), working holiday visa (2yrs to work in the UK and only for those between 17 and 30 years old), Student visa (i.e. Tier 4 but please take note of the above issues raised), marriage (i.e marrying a British, EU – subject to BREXIT, or someone with ILR – Indefinite Leave to Remain.

  2. YES THE WHITES ARE FIRST THEY ALWAYS WIIL BE PUT AHEAD THATS THE REAL TRUTH ITS THEIR COUNTRY YUOR ARE IN THEIR COUNTRY YU CANT COME AND DEMAND FOR BEST JOB ,DONT BE ENTITLED IAM AN AMERICAN CITIZEN AND IM NOT ENTITLED SO WHAT MAKE YU THINK YU GETTING ESPECIAL TREATMENT AS AN ILLEGAL INMIGRANTE DO YUOR HOMEWORK DONT JUST LEAVE AND FET THE REAL SLAP ON THE FACE ABROAD THE WHITE COMES FIRST AND THAT S THE REALITY

  3. U talked trash, Sadistically. D Furniture in ur apartment shows how well u're as acclaimed British black. No mata how long a stone is in the waters, it can't turn to a fish.
Nigeria was a colony of UK and should enjoy some prospecting life in that place. Go to Asia, most foreign workers are drawn 4rm Asian less developed countries as a way to accomodate their own.
    U don't sound educated.

  4. It wasn't like that before the conservative came to power. When I came to UK u could very easily use your student visa as a spring board to permanent stay as u could get in drop out n extend once visa is up as long as u a student at the time of expiry. However Nigerians n others abused it n when Gordon Brown came in he changed it up n now it's so strict if u not studying in a space of 60 days u must return home n come bck when school resumes. If u Dnt mark attendance three times in three months u automatically get reported to home office n removed. A lot of Nigerians got caught out when the rules changed cos they nva kept their eyes n ears open n didn't even know the rules had changed. Happened to my friends n family members one day they was in UK n next they was being removed for not attending classes.

  5. Hi bro, thx. It’s because we’re still delusional about the truth of jetting off & living or studying in diaspora😂 we’re still ignorant about what goes down until you discover that the truth is completely different from what u imagined. Surely, a bit of research before making final decision especially to students, spending money u want profit from, depending on if u get the job or not…
