I live in Ojay, about 5 minutes away from Tatu City.
When Stephen said “if you can create a normal operating environment in Africa, in terms of governance and infrastructure and amenities, you very quickly capitalize a large amount of investment and a very large amount of job creation” he is 100% correct.
The environment is mostly abnormal. Tatu is amazing. Please keep Wamatangi out!
I fully concur with Stephen. We are building our first private city in the DRC. it is very challenging though!
