  1. They need to get rid of Rob Pelinka. He has been the issue for a long time. Give Lebron more control as to who he wants, as drafting, who he wants as a coach, being involved in trades having the final say in situations. Rob Pelinka has made disastrous moves. Lakers will be awful in the future after Lebron unless they get lucky.

  2. ham already prove that he can win without lebron so whos the problem lebron offensively but look at his defense its almost non existent no box out no help defense thats what old man do

  3. Let's see. Russell plays with his phone during a time out and doesn't join the huddle. Let's see, James leaves his man totally open several times to play hero ball and gives up game winning points, Let's see Davis won't look at the coach during timeouts. Let's see, team is slow in the transition game and regularly gets run off the court. These are obvious signs that the coach has lost the locker room and no one respects him. Never mind his clueless game time moves. Darvin Hamm is not respected by his team, no respect is on HIM. He needed to go.

  4. Hmmm, didn't have draft picks for the past 3 years. Seem to be a recurring theme everywhere Bron goes. Depleting draft picks for an attempt to assemble stacked teams.

  5. He says he not going to question Jennie Buss but it’s her team…so you let the owner off the hook and you question just the GM? FOH

  6. ESPN so close and yet so far from naming the Lakers biggest problem. The issue is that if they say it, clutch sports will cut off their access to players. But we all know the real problem. No one in that organisation can have agency and control over their job while the worlds worst coworker forces their decisions, and blames them when it go's wrong. Thats from Jennie, Rob, Darvin all they way only skipping one individual. I cant wait for the real stories to come out 10 to 15 years from now.

  7. Hear me out

Have LeBron come off the bench. Stop making him the center of attention. He is past that move on the second his son gets drafted. He is going to leave for the team his son is drafted for

  8. Jennie buss sucks I’m sorry to say tht but she sucks at making decisions and all Rob needs to go her best friends has to go and if u can’t let them go it’s because they got something on her

  9. Who is the replacement? That’s the real question. Yes Darvin was green but looked like he was developing. You can win a championship and get fired. So who will be next. Smoke and mirrors is all this is. Rob has to go. Jeanie should be forced out and get a real president of basketball operations.

  10. The Lakers are so great that people act like they didn’t win a championship in the last 10 years when they aren’t in the finals every year 😆 Raptors, Bucks, GSWs, and Nuggets. Outside of them – who has anything to say in the league? 2024 is just the TWolves year.

  11. Bron getting too old and it's hampering the Lakers. LA needs to rebuild. Keep AD and fricking rebuild which going take years. Bron needs to retire because he is stunting the Lakers' growth.

  12. Look at the Timberwolves play the nuggets u see why Darvin Ham got fried he made know adjustments from last year Timberwolves did Timberwolves run plays the Lakers don't the Timberwolves stay big Ham play 3 guards that's why he got fired facts.
