Having the toilet in the back and the shower in the middle is all wrong…I don't know who designed that home but they should have known better…what if you want to inclosed it? how will that work? other than that I do like the kitchen is open space…I like the floor to the ceiling windows

Everything was good until i saw the bathroom setup in the master en suite. Why not swap the shower and toilet to reduce wetness? This is something i've observed a lot in Kenyan homes and i wonder who came up with that design. This is such an airy open house that's priced well but that master en suite nope 👎
The rooms are so tiny the toilets too but the finishing is awesome

Hi Edna, nice home but the toilet and shower in the master bedroom is not good. When you shower in the middle of that small space where will the water go? Shouldn't the shower be located in the corner or even better why not separate toilet from bathroom? Also the bedrooms are a bit small once you fit in the beds. On a hot day those large windows could be problem especially if the sitting room faces the sun. The roof top is ok.

This is a beautiful property. I would prefer a unit with at least 1 soaking tub in the master bedroom and a bit more outdoor space. Perfect for investment.
Huge windows =Enough Natural light ,good choice of lighting fixtures ,only the greenery missing but overall this is a beautiful household
