I had a new KLR650 in 2003 and sold it after buying a new car a year later. I still regret it because I have waited for several years to buy a new one but I just can't stand the 'everything is painted satin black' appearance. Wheels, engine, frame…. Always gonna look scratched and dusty. Still waiting for my new KLR.

Used to drive a very old diesel truck that was in poor condition. In cold weather too! But it had a compression release pull knob. Started every time.
