It is unwise for our able militants to maneuver in an area where there are civilians. It is very discouraging to see our militants killing the same citizens they are protecting. May those two South Sudanese souls rest in Eternal Peace and May Peace REIGN.

What's the main reason for his house arrest ?? What have he done?? What are the actions that gonna be taken after the incident and how will the government gonna make sure to the citizens that such incidents is not going to happen again

why you the Government following and still appling arabs rules to the south sudanese people,why don,t you creat your own rule
Iam Jamal Kukongi, I joined SPLA since 1989, and for commander to move with many soldiers was in the past . Now South Sudan became country officially and organised by the entire world, so no more body guards after commander. Wish success for the South Sudan government
