Much appreciated Chief. We will use bitter Kola this side. Do you know if Kola nut was used in Caribbean rituals? I am wondering if Our Ancestors this side used Kola or something else… Our Ancestors this side worked sugar cane plantations and died for the sake of the rums we have like Appleton Estate rum etc. They are connected to the rum. I was just wondering if they were also connected to Kola or something similar – to your knowledge.

My Ibo Ancestors always used Kola Nuts for Offerings and Prayer to Chukwu and The Arusi"s in Odinani. Even in my favorite Nollywood movie " The Wedding Party 2" The family of the man who's family is Ibo they used Kola Nuts.
