This can be done. I just need to get the saffron.
Tried it. Saved it to my recipe folder. Super simple. It’s all about the quality of the spices, oil and the chicken. I bet prep was under 30 minutes. I bet this would be great on pasta or old fashioned egg noodles.

Son grind the saffron and soak it with couple tea spoon ,you would get better color out of it ! We Persian been doing it for centuries ( we have the best saffron in the world and the most expensive because is the best ) I know I told you this couple times , we grind it in our smallest mortar and pastle that we grind our seasoning ,😏

Made this recipe last night and it was freaking delicious. I ate it with my Dad and his girlfriend. My Dad enjoyed it (no surprise to me), but my girlfriend was a little sick and I was worried she would not like it or at least not be feeling well enough to eat, but she wolfed it down, and when she finished, she continued to sop up the sauce with the baguette I got. She then asked me to send her the recipe. I am definitely adding this to my arsenal of recipes. Thank you chef!
