Maybe I'm wrong: except Germany and France, the rest of countries in EU is more or less irrelevant in the world stage. Their power is trivial. They can say whatever but the impact is expected to be little.
One must wonder, why didn't the international community do ANYTHING to pressure Hamas to release the hostages and surrender. After the Oct 7 attack, every week that passed, the war could've ended and the lives lost and the civilians infrastructure saved. But instead, countries incited their population, countries dismissed Israel's concerns, countries denied the significance of Hamas actions, countries bowed down to Hamas demands proving to them that violence work. The reality is, the death of lose to 50 thousand Palestinians, avoidable deaths, were supported by these people, by the UN and Palestinian leadership and allies because they sre trying to leverage the suffering of the Palestinian people instead of helping them. All the supporting comments are from people fully accepting of sacrificing people's lives for a political goal. None of you are here for peace.
