A national health care system for all is one of the key pillars of a modern state. Either EVERYBIDY must contribute to it according to his/her income, or the state takes over, according to the British system. A private health care system can exist beside it for those who want golden iinjectikn needles or very curved nurses in high heels. Of course, these services must be paid extra or can be covered by a private insurance
great move
Having a national health care is good, expecially for the poor Who cant afford
