South Africa unity government: Cyril Ramaphosa re-elected as president

He relied on support from the opposition Democratic Alliance, to secure the top job, after the ANC lost its majority in last month’s elections.

Al Jazeera’s Fahmida Miller reports from Cape Town.

  1. If DA was part of government, the ANC will be forced to withdraw Palestinian support. Bad move since troubling relations between Ramaphosa, Zuma & Malema.

Plus, Party of Julius Malema & Jacob Zuma will hold a left wing opposition since center left government holds colition with far right.

  2. If things don't work on for South Africa they can just blame it on the west and beg for aid. They just want to be prosperous like the rest of Africa. I hope they can be like Liberia or the Congo. They're great places
